What express shipping options are available?

We ship via Fed-Ex, options are: Express Saver, 2day, and standard overnight shipping.

How do I track my 1ClickTech order once it has shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking information.We will provide you with a prepaid and trackable shipping label via FedEx that you can easily print out.

The item I want is not listed on your website- am I still able to get it from you?

Absolutely, contact us with the exact part number and we will order it directly through our distribution center.

My item arrived damaged during delivery, what should I do?

Please contact us right away and we will either reimburse you or replace the item.

What is your return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to 1ClickTech within 30 days of the purchase date, in its original packaging.

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from your FedEx drop-off location for up to $100
